CBHG Building has successfully delivered multiple projects for the Casino RSM Club, fostering a strong and trusted relationship with our client through consistent performance and quality outcomes.
In 2018, we demolished and reconstructed the main bar and cocktail lounge, breathing new life into the space. By late 2020, we were once again engaged by the Casino RSM Club for another exciting project. This latest venture involved the creation of a new bar area, the replacement of the cool room and freezer, an elevated lounge space, and a vibrant outdoor area overlooking the bowling green.
The project presented its own set of challenges, particularly due to its 14-week timeline and the need to keep the club operational throughout the works. By working closely with all stakeholders, we carefully staged the project to ensure the club remained open and continued to serve its patrons.
Working in a live environment, surrounded by staff and the public, posed clear safety and logistical challenges. Through meticulous planning, detailed coordination, and strict adherence to safety regulations, we ensured the safety of everyone involved, minimized disruption, and maintained the business’s seamless operation throughout the construction process.
